We've been using Yellowstone as our recruiter for years. They are very professional, always aim to please us and accommodate our needs. Our hiring workflow requires them to administer tests and obtain a video introduction among other things. They pull it off flawlessly. The frequent check-ins help keep things fine tuned and running smoothly. You can't go wrong utilizing their services.

01

Make the HVAC requirement specific

Accurate Electric Plumbing Heating & Air serves Glendora, California, with electrical, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning services. Led by owner Jeff Seale, the business is identified in company records and trade reporting as a Nexstar Network member. Accurate onboarded with Yellowstone Local in September 2022.

By a May 2024 account review, Jeff’s priority was HVAC-specific experience. His electrical need was covered at that point, and he spoke positively about an electrician on the team. The recruiting conversation therefore focused on the different requirements of HVAC sales and service-technician work, rather than treating every trade opening as the same search.

The review also addressed how those opportunities were positioned and how pay was explained to candidates. Clarifying the work and compensation was part of defining the opportunity before moving candidates through the process.

02

Connect job visibility with screening and feedback

In that May review, Jeff and the Yellowstone team discussed the Indeed and Recruitee integration. Jeff approved a combined 30-day sponsorship plan for HVAC sales and service-technician recruiting. This describes the approved plan, not verified advertising spend or a measured return.

By September 2025, the documented recruiting scope spanned electricians and apprentices, plumbers, HVAC technicians, salespeople and installers, and customer-service representatives. This was a mix of field, sales and office needs, with different experience requirements to consider for each role.

The recruiting workflow included recruiter screening and candidate summaries, followed by hiring-manager feedback. Those steps gave the account a way to communicate what a candidate brought to a role and where the fit needed closer review. The role list describes the scope of recruiting support, not a list of confirmed placements.

03

A client perspective on years of recruiting support

A five-star Google review dated October 11, 2025 captures Jeff’s perspective on the relationship: “We've been using Yellowstone as our recruiter for years.” The excerpt reflects his experience of an ongoing recruiting relationship, separate from any numerical hiring claim.

The story is one of evolving priorities across a multi-trade business: a focused HVAC discussion in 2024, broader field and office recruiting needs in 2025, and a workflow that connected recruiter screening with hiring-manager input.

Accurate’s engagement ended on October 20, 2025. This case study documents a former client relationship; it does not describe an active recruiting account.
