The field crew and the office behind it
Bannister’s historical recruiting engagement covered more than technicians. The work included dispatch, customer service, plumbing apprenticeships, HVAC and bookkeeping—the mix of roles involved in both service delivery and the office behind it.
The engagement also included building out a system Bannister could use to manage its applicants.
Configured, branded and handed over
Yellowstone configured a Recruitee applicant tracking system for Bannister, including custom stages and application integration with a branded career page. Warren demonstrated that career page in March 2023.
Qualified and active candidates were moved into Bannister’s own ATS, with candidates transferred across four pipelines. In May 2024, the account’s administration and billing were handed over to Bannister.
The deliverable was a configured recruiting platform, migrated candidate records and a connected career page.
At least six documented hires in spring 2024
ATS event logs individually document at least six distinct hires from March 19 through May 20, 2024:
- One dispatcher
- One customer-service representative
- Three plumbing apprentices
- One HVAC technician
Additional historical recruiting records include bookkeeping. The six documented hires are a verified subset of the historical record, not a complete total for the engagement or the period.
