A narrow talent pool, not a lack of applications
For Steve’s Plumbing & Heating, the challenge was finding qualified people in a limited licensed-plumber market. Unqualified applications did not solve the need for residential service experience.
Yellowstone’s recruiting work focused on the trade itself: residential service plumbers and journeyman-level talent.
Early hires the client could feel
In a July 2026 account update, the client reported that two hires had already started and described the lead plumber as re-energized. The feedback offered an early picture of how those additions were being received by the team.
The public review below adds another part of the client’s perspective: relief from the recruiting workload.
Five recorded hires by October
From May 29 through October 8, 2026, the recruiting record contains five distinct plumbing hires:
- Four residential service plumbers
- One journeyman
In their own words.

Review excerptThe amazing people at Yellowstone have really taken a lot off my plate.
