The missing hiring infrastructure
When the engagement began, Wisler lacked an applicant tracking system and established talent pools. The need was not only to find people for individual openings; the company also needed the infrastructure to organize recruiting.
Yellowstone began with a four-job buildout in August 2022, then configured a branded Recruitee account, job pipelines and a customized career-site widget. The work combined recruiting delivery with a hiring system the company could use itself.
From business leadership to customer service
The documented recruiting work included general management, HVAC and electrical installation project management, and customer-service representation.
Those examples show the breadth of the engagement: leadership for the business, coordination for installation work and people handling customer communication. They are selected role examples, not a complete role-by-role breakdown of every hire.
99 hiring confirmations across three years
Wisler onboarded on August 18, 2022. Yellowstone’s CRM records 99 confirmed hires across the historical engagement, with the last hire confirmed on September 23, 2025.
Wisler retained the ATS and took over its billing in September 2025; the recruiting relationship ended in October. The completed engagement left both a recruiting track record and a system the company kept.
